Having a coach telling me what to do and having a very specific plan. I like that it all gets done in an hour, including stretching!

I like the challenge everyday brings with my OTF workouts. For me, I use the hour to push myself mentally and physically. I like our coaches who encourage us to dig deeper, find more and remind us why we walked in the door. I appreciate form corrections so I can get the most out of an exercise. Most importantly for me, I love a positive enviroment. From the smiles when you walk in the door, the coaches who welcome you, the upbeat music and the high fives at the end. It has to be fun and feel good and OTF Hilltop nails it!
Orange Theory gives someone like me, living with a dysautonomic syndrome, peace of mind while working out! Having POTS, I need to keep an eye on my heart rate, and the technology set up at OT provides me this info throughout my whole workout! Not do I get to see the work, but my coach sees it too and can hold me accountable for my heart rate AND my workout!
And the workout itself on INCREDIBLE! I have been having a blast exploring all the fitness challenges, rocking out with my following members in class, and feeling the amazing after effects of the workout!
