Everything! I can’t believe I’ve been a member for so long! I’ve never been committed to a gym before OTF! The coaches and staff are awesome and I’ve made so many friends that help keep me accountable!
The variety in movement, very dynamic. I did three Strength/Endurance/Power workouts in one week and none of the exercises or tread blocks were the same. The lack of repetition keeps it interesting.
Also, no one minds if I rock out and “sing” to the music to keep things engaged.
Coach Steph is very motivating and helpful. I am recently back to working out after a recent surgery, and she always gives me alternatives as I work my way back into strengthening my knee.
I don’t have to think about or plan workout, that is all done for me! The music is fun and energetic. It’s all done in one hour and I can fit that into my schedule!
I am addicted to Orange Theory!!! I was searching for some motivation and structure in my exercise and I have found exactly what I needed. I love the format of the workouts, the playlists, and all of the staff members are so kind and helpful. I cannot get enough of Orange theory!!
