I enjoy the coaching. If I workout on my own I just won't push myself. A love how the workouts are different enough that I can come 5-6 days a week and not get bored. I enjoy the comradery with the other people who come regularly. This was just the workout that I needed to get my health back on track.
I like how the coach has you doing something different throughout the entire hour so it ultimately does not feel like you're working out for a whole hour!
From the second you walk in the door, there’s nothing like being greeted with a smile from the staff and other members knowing your name. I am a huge introvert, I’ve always been scared to do and try new things. Or be scared I’ll be judged or compare myself to others. I did it anyway. Now, a little over year and a half later. I still get butterflies on my way to my otf. I no longer get intimidated or discouraged because of the fact that’s how amazing our coaches and staff are. The workout was a great, focus on power with the opportunity to push my strength limits on the floor! And who doesn’t want to push the plus button on the tread with GM/RT Tammy on the mic!
I like the Structure, the system, the coaches, at Waco location are very motivating, The music, the Challenges, it's a great structured motivating work out,easy on your joints.
I can participate in the same fast paced, coaches workout while doing what works best for my body! I work my whole body every class, but through different exercises that are new each day to keep it new and exciting!
You compete with yourself, not others of different ages & fitness levels, but you are encouraged and challenged to work harder than I would ever do by myself. I also like the variety of exercises and routines.
