I like that it's a varied, interval workout and that it's complete and well-structured. It's challenging, but it also accommodates any fitness level. I also like the idea of pre-booking your classes. It's an incentive to stay committed to your goals. It makes you accountable to be there when you say you will be, which is only to your advantage if you're serious about getting/staying healthy and in shape. At other health clubs I've joined, once they get your membership fee, whether you go or don't makes no difference to them.
I know it will be a killer exercise workout but never know what to expect from day to day...that makes it fun. Geez, saying 'fun' with 'exercise' is something I never used to associate together. Thanks OT for making it enjoyable and giving me the opportunity to meet new friends.
Every workout is unique and challenging. Every coach is top notch! Every staff member welcomes me and strives to create a feeling of community. Coaches provide clear instruction on each task, correction on my form, and motivation so that I can achieve my goals and set new ones. My success since I began in September is amazing - down 20 pounds and 2 sizes - and attempting my 1st outdoor 5K this weekend. They have much to offer!!!
