Coaches are helpful and motivating. I really enjoy the music. Workouts vary and no two are ever the same so I never get bored. I feel great afterwards and always look forward to my next session! Even when I go on vacation I look to see if there is an OTF nearby so I don't miss my workouts.
I love having a trainer lead the workout and push me towards my goals. Coach Eric is great about constructive criticism to make sure I am doing the correct moves to get the highest output without injury. I love going to the 5am class because it allows to me get my workouts in each week without interfering with work and home life. I love being able to see and feel my progress and strength. I look forward to the next Peak Week to see how much I will improve in 6 mos.
The coaches (Ty and Eric) are great! They push you while encouraging you. The actual workouts are amazing and because of the variety you do not get bored or dread coming to class. The support of other participants is helpful. The staff are all friendly and welcome you with a smile!
That I don't have to think about it, that the trainers are engaged, know our names, are encouraging without being "too" demanding - they read the room well. And consistency and contuity with staff and participants. It's the only workout I've stuck with for well over a year.
