It's the best workout since injuries forced me to stop running. It's well rounded for strength, endurance and power. Instructors are amazing and no 2 workouts are the same. There are people at all levels of fitness. Everyone is encouraging. Positive environment and love getting that calll from the staff when I've missed for a couple of weeks. Just checking on me, what gym does that??
This was one of the best work outs I've had from an Orangetheory studio EVER! My coach Tye was awesomley motivating! Correcting my form on the rower as I needed a spot check. He explained the work out very well and was readily available to answer questions from not only me, but other teammates! I was also very impressed with the front desk staff! They made me feel very welcome at their studio. I believe it was a manager too, who was helping people behind the desk. What a well run studio and a great coach! I'm sure to return to this studio if I ever move down here!
It's always changing and is always a great way to kick start my day. Every time I workout I am challenged but it's all worth it when class is over. I know I have had an amazing workout and that I'll feel better for having come to class.
I love the challenge that I experience in each class. Each workout is different and challenging in it's own way and I love that I am always working different parts of my body. I also love the trainers. When I am slacking, they will call me on it (jokingly but serious), which is good because it keeps me on track and makes me accountable for my success. They are there for guidance and support and make the workout enjoyable.
Great workout every time. The coaches, equipment, variety and environment combine to make the workout not just another gym session. Chris and her team provide a great experience from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I step out again.
The HIIT workout is very effective and the increasing challenge of the workouts over time makes it even more so. I like the variety of the workouts and the class times are suitable for most schedules. The trainers are great and there are plenty of supplemental offerings on things like nutrition and form and stretching to help achieve maximum results.
