I just like the family atmosphere where everyone from management, staff, coaches, as well as the members are all so friendly.
It is always a challenging workout where even going 5 days a week, it's never dull or the same boring workout you'd you'd have others places.
The coaches are just great though, knowing everyone's name and always pushing to help each person achieve their own goals
I'm a runner looking to diversify my workouts and add elements of strength and HIIT to improve my speed and stamina. I got a really great workout when I went for the free class. There were elements of everything in the workout including cardio/running with intervals, strength and HIIT with weights and rowing. At the end I felt amazing. I can tell that doing these workouts regularly will turbo charge my running.
I encourage everyone I know to find an OT and give it a try. I love OT. I love the way I feel and the workouts themselves. That fact that you can give everything for few minutes at a time and achieve great results.
Great coach Kristin. Class go so fast because you are guided through workout. Burn many more calories than I would on my own. My body is getting leaner and stronger with each workout. Fun workouts and making new gym friends. Love OTF in Wake Forest.
