I’m a cyclist who has never been to a gym. I wanted an all over body workout so I tried Orange Theory. My first class was a bit challenging because I have never used TRX ropes, rowing machines or lifted weights. I took a 2 nd class and felt like I got a better grasp on the floor routines. It’s a great one hour workout. If I could make a suggestion I think it would be nice to add a beginners class so people who are not familiar with a gym environment can get acclimated quicker. I purchased 20 classes and hope to go a few times a week. The instructor was great and everyone was very friendly.
Great trainers and front desk staff. Variety in the workouts and the type of training for the body and life i have always wanted. Will be running first ultra in January and OTF is the only way I see to get the strength needed while having a full life so THANK YOU!!
Loved the instructor. Also, seeing the results were awesome. The people in the class were a bit conservative. I like it when other people are more involved and having fun, because I feed off that energy. But the majority of people were quiet and unwilling to engage with other people in the class, which was a little bit of a bummer. BUT! The instructor was awesome and I still had a great work out.
