I love knowing that I'm going to get an amazing workout in just one hour everytime I come. No workout is ever the same, so you're never bored, and I feel awesome everytime I walk out of OTF. The coaches are all extremely encouraging, and workouts are fun, music is great, making the hour just fly by! I also like the fact that your heart monitor helps you track your activity not only during your workouts each day, but they also help for you to see your cardiovascular shape improvement as time goes on and as you continue to push yourself a little harder each class!
I've tried many exercise formats over the last 30 plus years... weightlifting, aerobics, taebo, bootcamps, crossfit, yoga, and many other obscure theme based workouts and they all have their pros and cons. Orange Theory has done a phenomenal job at bringing together the tried and true best qualities of these formats, like interval training, multi-movement/transition exercises, plyometrics, to name a few, and added the motivational aspects of a bootcamp workout along with extremely focused and encouraging trainers to create, what I feel is the BEST workout on the planet! I know that if I do nothing else, but Orange Theory, I will stay fit for life.
I love Keri's classes. She is awesome! She always tries to learn the names of the people who attend her classes. It makes me feel so welcome and it makes the class less intimidating.
My fitness level has improved a ton after starting Orange Theory. This past weekend I was able to do a 7+ mile hike with out getting winded. Plus I ran the last mile of the hike. I never thought I would ever be able to do that. Orange Theory has helped me so much. I tell everyone to just try it. You don't have to be an amazing athlete which is the best part. You just need to try your hardest. The support the trainers and the people at the desk give you is awesome. I am never going to stop going. I really love it.
