I never get bored because it's always a different workout! I also love that it's a full body workout every time with an emphasis on either endurance, strength or power. It keeps things interesting and gives me a great workout every time :)

It kicks my butt and the time goes by quick! One suggestion would be to have another trainer on the floor to help with form. Weight training could use more direction.

It challenges me to use different muscle groups in each workout. I canceled my gym membership when I started OTF. This is my twice a week workout with a run or 2 in between. KV is starting to rotate the blocks correctly. I wish I got better survey questions. I get this every few months or so.
