I was visiting the city and this gym was exactly like my home gym so there was no trouble getting oriented. The instructor was welcoming. And most of all, it's a great workout!

I like that I dot have to think or evaluate what will be effective. I just show up and do what I’m told. Plus, the coaches and front desk staff have all been fantastic and make the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. Great work out program. I am an Orange Theory member from Chicago - you made it very easy for me to access a DC OT facility. The only criticism I have is the extra charge I had to pay.

The variation and the new times - 7:15am - work well for my schedule. The only thing I would suggest is to incorporate pull ups into the workouts.

the coach was good, just not very interactive with the members. I rarely heard names used and it just seemed like the coach was somewhat removed from the class. Again, he was competent, taught the strength floor appropriately just not very interactive.
