I never get bored because it's always a different workout! I also love that it's a full body workout every time with an emphasis on either endurance, strength or power. It keeps things interesting and gives me a great workout every time :)
It challenges me to use different muscle groups in each workout. I canceled my gym membership when I started OTF. This is my twice a week workout with a run or 2 in between. KV is starting to rotate the blocks correctly.
I wish I got better survey questions. I get this every few months or so.
