The coaches (Ashley and Mo) were fantastic. I learned a few new things from both of them and got more splat points than I'd seen in months. If I lived in DC, I'd be a regular here. So glad I had the opportunity to experience it and will be back the next time I'm in town!
Very Good instructors both days Music a touch loud for my taste but ok. I wish the arrangements for inter regional were easier , they are cumbersome with respect to payment. Signing in and getting heart monitor set up
Absolutely everything. It constantly keeps my body guessing, challenged, sweating, learning. I love the total-body butt-kick in every way possible. I am also excited to become a member and learn more about the community, and what my body can be capable of when coming 4x a week.
I loved the heart rate monitor and being able to see in real time where I was and try to push myself harder. It was a great workout and I loved constantly switching it up between cardio and weights. Thanks for an awesome class!
The coaches are all excellent--very well trained--and the people at the front desk are helpful and friendly. Regarding Orangetheory in general, I like the fact that pretty much anyone can participate (at their own level) and that the workouts vary each time.
I like that is challenges me to do workouts (i.e. squats, sprints, etc.) I wouldn't usually do on my own. I do NOT like the repeated workouts (i.e. endurance days, back to back) - it kills my joints to do inclines within 24 hours. I would like to see what kind of workout (i.e. power, endurance, strength) ahead of time so I can plan accordingly for the sake of my joints.
