The workouts are geared for all levels and all ages. The individual can determine how hard or not they want to work or what works for their body. The floor exercises are always different and the coaches do a good job of providing tips and correcting when lifting weights.
First, the coaches and the staff. I like that the workout is based on science. I like that you can workout at your own pace and not slow anybody else down. I like the instant feedback. Lastly, I like that the workout never gets easy, you just keep pushing yourself.
The coaches! I mean lets be 100% honest here...most Orange theories are pretty much the same. You get in there and do the circuit and okay had a decent workout. But the thing that separates the OTF's are the coaches. Kris continues to push me when I am tired and not wanting to go, makes me give that much more. Now that is what make me keep coming back to OTF Wash Park!
I love the community at Wash Park and the open, welcoming nature of the trainers. I have yet to have a bad class, but in particular love Kris and Jaci. It's also impossible to deny the health gains I have made since joining. Every class I attend increases my physical ability and overall emotional wellness.
I travel constantly for my work and use Orange Theory facilities all over the country. I love the workouts at OT. Always something different. Always something challenging. OT training keeps me fit and tuned for my interests in cycling, running and climbing Colorado's mountains.
I have found that the OT Wash Park team of coaches are some of the most engaged, energetic and encouraging of all the clubs I've visited to date. Kudos also to the front desk team. Great people. I'll let you know if I find a better club than OT Wash Park. But I haven't yet!
I have been working out at OT Wash Park for 18 months. I love the workout. Even now it seems like every workout is different and they are all challenging. The coaches are great. Positive, enthusiastic and helpful. It is the best workout I have ever done--and for the longest!
You can go at your own pace. No one else is paying attention to *you* and where you are in the workout - they are focused on their own progress and goals. Instructors are up beat, encouraging, and keep a great energy. Love being able to see my stats real time.
Love OTF but it has been very hot in the gym!
Also, would love to see the coaches add some of their 'own' exercises to the workout especially since we don't seem to work that much core. Maybe on occasion they could add their own core exercises or blocks. I liked when the coaches had more freedom.
