I like this workout as I feel that this 60-minute class flow by. It is a great way to combine treadmill training, rowing and weight training blocks.The workout is hard but doable. Every class is different so I have never been bored. The coaches are very friendly and energetic.
Very helpful to have a coach that explains well every exercises,especially when you need to do the modified one.I m a regular member atleast 6 days a week,and each day I look forward to have a great work out. Leaving the gym happy and feeling accomplished is the best!
The team, the change up daily and the challenges without orange theory I would be stuck in the same rut I always was. Not knowing what to do at the gym and get nothing out of it and giving up!
Here there is a schedule its on time and its intense. I feel the best I ever have!
