Excellent coaches, positive feedback, especially from Coach Natalie, Coach Linda and Coach Jon. Recently got to know Coach Ryan and he is also excellent. Very individual feedback from the coaches. Today Natalie gave me tips on rowing, weight lifting and stance for stretching. She noticed my splat points and was very complimentary. That’s why I love OT, I feel important and respected. The people at the front desk, Anita, Sarah and everyone else at the front desk are very friendly and helpful! What an incredible place to be apart of.
Love that it is a full body workout. In and out in an hour. No thinking involved because the coaches are so good at telling you what to do, for how long and when (so u can be mentally tired and still get an excellent workout).
