I just love Orangetheory. The workouts are challenging, yet doable and sustainable. Coaches are top notch; they know the routines perfectly, and all staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a very positive atmosphere. I have counted 52 trips around the sun, and no doubt am in the best shape of my life. Joining Orangetheory in August had a lot to do with that improvement.
I love getting up in the morning and going to Orange Theory Fitness. Even when I’m feeling a little worn out I get over to the gym and I leave so energized! I love the energy of the trainers and I love the energy I feel working out with my new OTF friends!! Everyone is so supportive of each other and it’s a great feeling to “cross the finish line together”!
I love the variety and the fact that it's a total body workout every time. Shout out toCoach Vanessa! Recently had 500meter benchmark row and it felt incredible to kick my own butt!! The app is such a great tool for tracking your progress.
Having a structured workout where I can just show up and have a coach guide me through it. My favorite part of OTF is truly the coaches and having a community of people to work out with where I don’t feel judged and just feel supported.
I enjoy the fact that every class is different so you don't get bored. The instructors are outstanding in their push, encouragement and knowledge. The atmosphere is charged with high energy and makes for a great desire to workout.
It’s a great workout that offers something for all abilities. I absolutely love the coaches and staff. I’ve never left an OTF session thinking I shouldn’t have done it. Go for it, you won’t regret it.
I like that the workouts are different each day, that the instructors do mini callouts for people working out, the instructors demonstrate what the floor moves are and are willing to explain things further if needed, lastly I like that the whole atmosphere is just motivating so even if one is struggling everyone relies on each other to motivate and keep going.
Everything! The structure and intensity, the low-impact and high-tech treadmills, the music, the heart rate monitoring. I like how the 60 class is a mix of treadmills and weights.
After over 3 years at OTF their workouts still vary enough that I still look forward to my classes and I'm not evrn remotely bored or looking for something more.
I also appreciate the benchmark and signature workouts that I'm able to track in the app and I can see how far I've come and the progress I've made even if it doesn't show on the scale.
