Been a member for about 3 years. Average about 2 classes a week. Love all the coaches and their motivation and dedication. The atmosphere is welcoming no matter your fitness level. You get the benefit of being motivated by a group while focusing on your own individual goals and objectives. Friendly challenges and and milestone benchmarks push you to challenge yourself in ways I never would if I were just working out on my own. It can be a little intimidating at first. There's a whole language you need to learn (i.e., Base, Push, All Out) and a learning curve on some of the equipment...but do yourself a favor and stick with it for 3 - 4 classes at least for things to start to click.
Nicole at the front desk is always helpful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. The coaches are great! And it’s a workout-you go in-workout-and can leave.
The instructor was excellent and very helpful. Michelle helped me as it was my first time through the training. The front desk staff (I think it was Nicole) was also very friendly and helpful. The first training was excellent and I would recommend this to others.
That it’s mindless! I love that there is a coach to instruct you on what to do. I could never go back to joining a gym and coming up with my own workouts.
