Orange theory is fun and the trainers are all great. I feel the workouts are always challenging and great to make you feel motivated. I also like that you see your results quicker and your getting a full body workout.

The music is too loud and it’s hard for me to understand what the coach is saying, but I imagine I’ll get used to it.
I like the fa t that the workout theme changes daily and having a coach to guide and motivate you throughout the various exercises. It makes the classes more enjoyable and much better than going to the traditional gyms where the exercise routine can be so mundane.
I like the group effort and the highly charged environment - it motivates me.
I have some health issues I need to resolve (Diabetes, HBP, high cholesterol) and I'm hoping that my diet plus OTF will get me there in the next 6-12 months!
