The coaches are awesome and each workout whether I'm motivated at the start or not ends up being challenging and makes me feel great after. It's a gym that is easy to commit to because it's a thinking-free working out. Just go and do as ye coaches say. I love the flexible hours and I can work orange theory workouts around my busy work schedule, there is always a time that works! I also love the community/non judge atmosphere every time I walk in :)

This program is perfect for me. I really don't like typical gyms! With OTF I have my classes scheduled (that makes me go) and it's only an hour (but a complete work out). it's like having a personal trainer and everything is laid out for you, every workout is different, your not wasting time waiting for equipment and you don't get bored

You're in and out in one hour and you've hit everything - cardio and resistance training. I push myself way harder than if I was to work out on my own maybe because you see everyone else working hard, you're more accountable seeing your own heart rate up on the screen and the great instructors are always motivating! All the staff are friendly and helpful.

The variety and intensity. To be honest the only reason I hesitate to refer people is the price. I am at the founder's rate and I still think that is a lot.

Everything!!! Except burpees.... And side planks.. And all out incline running.... And.. Lets be real!! I like that its different every day and that the coaches keep us motivated! We are always encouraged to challenge ourselves... And for me personally I know I can see some definite progress. I run faster and longer and I lift heavier weights! An added bonus... I am down a total of 28 lbs since joining! I have met some really great people along the way! OTF is like my second family! I highly reccommend it!!!

The workouts are never boring or repetitive despite using the same equipment. The trainers are great and keep me motivated. I have increased my speeds on the treadmill and increased my weights on the floor. Thats not something i would have done on my own. I love the trainers encouraging to give just a little more. The environment is ideal and everyone encourages each other. We are an OTF family.

I love that every class is different so I never know what to expect going in. Before joining OrangeTheory, I never had the motivation to workout on a regular basis... But now I look forward to waking up early and pushing myself to do my best! I love how involved and encouraging our coaches are, and it really keeps me focused. Thank you OTF for an amazing experience!
