It is a different workout every time I'm there. The coaches are amazing and I feel great when I leave!! I get so much more out of an hour at OTF than I could get on my own.

Best workout I've ever had at any gym. I love the trainer is there with you every step of the way. I burn way more calories then I ever would at a regular gym. I would highly recommend it to family & friends.
