I enjoy orangetheory because of the coaches. I don't have to think of what to do next which I guess is part of the program but the coaches do a great job of making sure we understand. Also I feel better when they are there to correct my form. Doing an exercise wrong isn't going to help me in the end.

Combination of cardio and strength and also coach led classes that have great music and energy. The class sizes are not too big either which means you get individual attention if you need it
I really enjoy how this workout pushes me to work on my running which really helps with my soccer. I also enjoy the different style of classes, how some workouts are strength, power or endurances focused.
I also feel it’s a safe space for all fitness levels.

The atmosphere does not feel overly competitive but more friendly and encouraging. They don't ever give up on you even when you are tired and feel the need to take many breaks. They stay upbeat and wait till you're ready to try again, sharing positive, uplifting words from the trainer on down, including others you work out with.
I love the variety and instant feedback from the OTF monitor. The coaches are great. Perfect blend of push and encouragement. It is a very inclusive place!
