High intensity and focused energy class makes it easy to stay on pace. My heart rate goes up and I get to focus on my goal without having to think about what’s next.
I like the vibe and coaches. Also the tread and rower section feels spacious but weight room can use some more space or modification as sometimes it feels we are working out on top of each other.
The variety in workouts keeps the boredom at bay. I also enjoy the coaches enthusiasm and music playlists. It keeps me motivated for the hour. Lastly, the resting recovery drives me to push harder knowing I have a chance to catch my breath.
I love the combo of cardio & weight lifting. The strength 50 classes are my favorite for my fitness goals. The front staff are always friendly and so helpful. The coaches are great and really want you to get the most out of your workout without injuring yourself 😁❤️
I love that the workouts are never the same. They challenge you but also have flexibility to scale back if you need or pickup big weights and challenge yourself.
