I always get an amazing workout at OTF West Cary. The coaches are great and everyone, from the awesome front desk staff to the members are very friendly and encouraging. The workouts constantly change and they add feature workouts to keep things fun and interesting. Highly recommend their rowing clinic - they will tune up your rowing technique and it’s a game changer for better results.
I love the energy of the trainers and the variety of workouts. There is no way I would work this hard on my own and have that much fun pushing myself to the limit. They provide the most effective and efficient 60 minutes of exercise anywhere. I get a real sense of accomplishment after every session. I just reached class #200. I look forward to hitting more milestones and hitting PRs in years to come.
The workout was challenging but doable. I’m sore, but I feel like I really earned it. As for the coach (Jenn?), she gave good and consistent feedback during the session. Everyone was friendly and energetic.

I like that the workout is different every time, and that all the coaches are approachable, love what they do, and motivate. It's a tough workout and I complain every time, but it's good for me. And the front staff all have such a great energy.
