The workouts are always varied and challenging. The coaches push you and at the same time encourage you to do your best. The staff is always supportive and friendly! Since I started 10 months ago, I have dropped 40+ pounds and the strength I have gained throughout my body has helped drop my golf score by about 8 strokes. It works and is addictive, a great stress reliever!
It’s a challenge whether I’m an athlete or considerably out of shape. The heart rate monitor tells me when I’m pushing myself or when I am recovering too long. I’ve been coming to Orange Theory for two years, and I’ve never had the same workout. I would never do these workouts by myself at home, so I also love the accountability from the coaches and the class.

I like the fact that you can see your progress on the screen. It motivates me to push harder if I'm not getting in the orange or getting my splat points.
I think the coaches are amazing and the front desk staff are always so nice and welcoming. I never thought I would be able to do this workout. Even though I only come 8x a month I feel better and I feel myself getting stronger. It's true, OTF is addictive!!!
