I love the energy the trainers have, it's contagious. The workouts are challenging and always different. The closeness of West Cobb members is awesome, I've been trying to meet more people and get to know them. I also love the accountability too! Pretty much everything I love-even the 5am class!
I like how intense the work out is. I leave each and every workout knowing I really worked hard. I love the variety of exercises I am never bored- we do that so many times- because we don't. It is always mixed up and changed. I llove the the fact that I do not know what I am going to do in any given workout. I know it will be intense and I will get a good work out period. When the coaches push us to go a little harder that inspires me to want to try harder. I am encouraged each class with a shout out here and there. I know that I will get help if I am struggling on one of the exercises- a coach will show me how to correctly preform an exercise. I appreciate the energy of all the coaches, they seem happy to be there each time and they give us their best each time. I have never stuck with a workout program as long as I have with OTF. I have lost 65 pounds in the past 8 months and I have OTF to thank. Thank you wonderful coaches at West Cobb Marietta!!
I'm very much an individual who has to be "coached" into working out. I am turning 59 this year and wanted an environment where I wouldn't be intimated. In addition, I did not want to be in a place with 20-only workout people! Yesterday, when I took a class, I was truly inspired by a woman who happened to work out next to me. When I told her my age, she responded that she was 79! Needless to say, she looked my age, and it confirmed that I was in the right place! The physical instructors are very encouraging, and they let me work out at my pace. I have already seen a difference in my stamina in the short time I've been working out at Orange Theory!!! Everyone who works for Orange Theory are very personable, and in the short time that I've been there, they are remembering my name!
I like the fact that it's structured. I don't have to think about what I'm going to workout because the coaches already have something in mind. And I like having the coaches because they help me push myself more than I would just working out alone.
