Fast paced, great coaching, well maintained equipment that is clean and prepped for each class, warm and welcoming staff, well stocked bathrooms and a overall environment that preaches independent growth and development both mentally and physically. What else could you ask for?
I appreciate the unique blend of group motivation and personalized goals in Orange Theory classes. Initially intimidated, I've come to love it as my favorite workout. The focus on personal progress, without the pressure of comparisons or keeping up with others, makes it stand out. I cannot say more about how amazing OTF West’s staff is. The community they've cultivated create a welcoming atmosphere that makes Orange Theory West feel like home during my workouts – I'm truly grateful to have found it!
I love Orange Theory because the classes are always different and challenging. It offers variety to my fitness routine. I also like the heart rate monitor and using it during class to see my stats. Additionally, the workout is great for all age ranges and fitness levels, and as a woman over 55 I appreciate that!
As disciplined as I am, I would never work out as hard or as frequently on my own as I do at Orange Theory. They keep the workouts entertaining while motivating me to give it my all.
I really enjoy the diversity of the workouts. They are all challenging, some more than others, and this pushes me to keep striving to improve my health and fitness! Thank you Coaches!
For me it's all about the coaches. Corrine and Aubrey are your most important assets in my opinion, they get me out of bed, encourage me to always push myself, notice and congratulate me when I do excel, and most importantly greet me with a smile and first name greeting each morning. They are incredible, please double their pay hahaha.
