I love everything about OTF! I love the trainers, the workouts, and the other members. I really like getting such a great workout and not having to think about/plan out a workout. I just show up and burn and feel great afterwards!
That it was difficult, yet doable with modifications. I suspected that I was in over my head with this kind of class, and was prepared to really have to talk myself out of feeling bad about myself, butt the opposite was true. I could not believe that as out of shape as I am, that I could burn 500 calories in an hour. Who cares about the afterburn? 500 is fine. Can't believe I'm still not sore, and I burned 500 calories.
