Love the format, length of time, array of workout styles and class options. Only reason I didn’t rate a 10 for this specific location is because the placement of the #4 weight floor spot baffles me. Why isn’t the whole thing pushed down a foot so that person actually has room to workout? There seems to be space after #9.
I have loved my first week at Orange Theory. The coaches are supportive, motivating, and make the workout fun. I love how every workout is different, and you can tailor it how you would like based off your fitness level. The equipment is all top notch and I love how organized and clean everything is. I always leave feeling like I got an awesome workout, and ready to come back and do it again. It was exactly what I was looking for to kickstart my goal towards setting time for myself and getting active.
They are challenging but fun and you don’t do the same workout twice in one week. The class schedules work for my extremely busy days and the coaches really get to know you.
I love everything about OTF! The coaches are amazing. It is the best overall workout I have found. I am a 3x per week OTFer and don’t plan to stop. It keeps me coming back consistently year after year. 💪
