That it is never the same workout and I have been going almost a year. The trainers are awesome and motivate me to do my best. Since last year I have lost 25 lbs. and it's all thanks to OTF!

Its a great mix of aerobic and strength conditioning in a high pace and fun setting that doesn't get boring. Great to have a sense of heart rate and calories burned as well as other key information.

Working out can be such a chore at times. At OTF I felt encouraged and motivated to give my best without the lack awesomeness. Everything was just fun and it made pushing myself that much easier.

I love OTF. I coach at Mt Juliet and I came to take Dave's class. Not only did I learn a lot from him but I had an awesome workout. I love the high ceilings at this studio. It felt really open. The front desk was great!!! Loved it loved it loved it.
