What I like about the workout is that ithe transissioning from treadmill to rower and then the weight area is very organized and smooth and the instructors consistently letting you know what's happening and what's coming up next makes this the best workout I have ever done.
Always changing exercises. Never gets boring and music is great keeps you going! I'm addicted to trying to increase calories burned or getting more splat points every time I'm there! Started out going two days a week in March and now it's hard to stay away!
It's different every time and I'm seeing tremendous results in my health from working my out here for almost 2 years. It's fun too. Matthews's crazy and even though he's making you work your butt off, you don't realize it because he's so fun and brings such positive energy to the classes!

I love the intensity. Each workout is different, and something new is always brought to the table. The concept of Orange Theory is so awesome, and talking with professionals, it's one of the best workouts you can get. Love this place and would recommend to everyone!
