Although it is very hard on the knees and that is my only hesitation is I'm scared that eventually my knee will give because I injured it my very first class, I think the staff here is amazing and very friendly and they push me hard and that's exactly what I wanted. The trainers are good about showing me how to do things that are not as stressful on my knee now, but it's still very high intensity and fast and I'm scared it might give. I just try to be careful and wear a knee brace. But I love the trainers and the staff. Amazing customer service. Very convenient location. The only other thing I don't like is that I have to book appointments because my life and work schedules are so busy, that I sometimes might need to cancel.
I LOVED it and my expectations were low... for myself. I am on a mission of honesty about my weight and I fully expected to quit halfway through class and just leave. The class was very inviting and Rolando (sp?) was a fantastic motivational coach who still pushed us to the limit. It was very encouraging for me to see while I have 100 pounds to lose - I am actually capable of doing a workout and finishing. I officially start my 6-month membership on Monday, but I have already modified my diet and I went for a power walk last night which is HUGE for me - because movement for me is HUGE. I need to remember to eat however, when you're overweight you tend to starve and I didn't eat except a yogurt the day of my first class and I think that may not have been the best move LOL. I purchased the heart monitor and I'm looking forward to what I'm calling my BEST relationship yet - I also gave you a shoutout on Twitter :)
I enjoy working out at OTF because it is the most present you will ever be. You have no time to think about the stress of life when you are there because the classes are so grueling ( in a positive way) and engaging.
After multiple spinal surgeries then complete Lumbar Spine Fusion I am re-introducing my body to a workout program. I love the support I receive from the staff. It's a super charged environment that makes you want to push yourself, and it makes the time fly by! Thanks OTF❤️
The workouts are always different and varied, no time to get bored! I like the way we go from the treadmills, to the weights to the rowers.! Having a history of running injuries, especially to the knees and back, I like the way we do not do extensive times on the treadmill. The whole workout is well rounded providing cardio and muscle toning! I feel great when I leave!
