I liked the variety and how the blocks of work were set up - the class went by fast. The heart rate monitor was great! It helped me to keep focused on when to push myself or take a breath and level out. I will definitely be back!
Coaches are fantastic, they are professional, knowledgeable, they know everyone’s name, are easy to approach, are there to help, workouts are always different, you can go at your own pace, your getting a full workout. Your in and out in an hour, they front staff know everyone’s name . I just love coming to Orangetheory
I liked the whole body workout. The instructor was very cooperative and helpful. The whole staff was very welcoming and supportive. I liked the way how instructor had changed few exercises for me to make myself feel accomplished.
The combination of cardio and strength training plus the creativity of the programming and variety of exercises. The small group training format and availability of good instruction via both the video and coaches.
I love Orange Theory. I look forward to every class and crave going when I've missed my normal scheduled days. The variety of classes has helped me increase my overall fitness. Orange Theory has improved my energy, mood, happiness and confidence.
The coaches are so great, they are welcoming and make me feel like family. I try to book my classes with Ryan, Nyki, and Lindsey... They are phenomenal.
Also, the front desk girls are so great.. they remember who I am and where I like to start. I can't say enough good things about Orange Theory!
