Workout routine changes every time so it does not get boring. I like that i do not do the saame thing for a long period of time so even if a specific exercise is not my favorite, i still can do prerry much any of them for a couple of minutes
I don't have to think about what to do next. I can leave everything at the door and just do what they tell me to do. It is like having a personal trainer but with great music and a bunch of other people going through the same challenge!! The heart rate monitor ensures that you are always working out as hard as you need to be to grow your fitness! I tried a traditional gym for a year and ended up back at OTF because it works. I love it.
I like that the young coaches are really aware of safety, they are really motivating and I know I will not harm myself through poor alignment or bad posture. I think that’s important. The programs are interesting and new every time I come. I like the music and the vibe.
