I like the variety of workouts and trainers. The workouts keep my body guess and I know I'm getting a good workout. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable. They are always helping with form and trying to give you the best workout.
I like that, for one hour in the day, I don't have to make a single decision. The workouts tend to cover a wide range of fitness and what you put into it you will more than get out of it.
Instructors pay attention to participants form so we get encouragement and correction when necessary to achieve maximum results. There is much variety in movements and the time passes quickly. I always leave the studio feeling energized!
What I like the most is that I feel part of a supportive community. I like energy and that every day is a different training template. Aso the challenges keep me motivated me all the time. And the coaches are great!
I like that the workouts challenge you, I like how the instructors are there to push you and give you encouragement to keep going.
Every time I’m done a work out I feel like I’ve accomplished something and I feel good about myself.

I like OTF because the workout is very organized and you won't get bored with the exercises because it changes every day. The coaches and staff are very friendly. It's a community more than just a workout place.
Efficient workout whether it be an OT class/tread or strength. Coaches are fantastic, the music is amazing! Lots of times to choose from. Ashley at the front desk is wonderful!!!
