I love that it’s structured. There is nothing like walking into a gym with only internet knowledge (some of which is probably incorrect). We like to be educated and instructed on what to do and when, and that’s exactly what this place provides.
First at all work out with trainers are more efficient than just by myself, they can get me really work out hard but also let me know how to do to prevent injury.
Second, the everyday program is different, that is kind of fun! You never know what will you have before you get there. Because the program is different every day, your body won’t get used to it, also challenging.
I had fun work out there! Although after work out is always tired, it keeps me fit! I like it.
Motivating and always challenging. Fantastic staff that are kind, friendly, and very helpful. I love it!
My only feedback is there should be abs in each work out. I know everything has core but it would be nice to have a set 1-2 minutes of abs in each workout.
I really enjoyed the workout. The coach Ryan Smith was amazing, very professional, helpful and motivating. I love the fact that he paid a great attention to my technique and corrected me when was needed. The intensity of the workout was perfect. I left feeling very accomplished, energized and happy.
The front desk Talia, was very helpful, informative and professional.
Everyone was very friendly. Great team!

What I do not enjoy:
Every 7 AM weekend classes being 3G
I think because the 7 AM class is made up of primarily pioneer members and the concensus is 2 G classes, make it 2 G If people complain about not getting into the 7AM class as a 2 G I guess they need to book earlier.
