I like that you can make it as intense as you’re up for, and that the workout is different every time. I also like that it pushes me to do certain things (i.e., cardio) that I wouldn’t push myself to do were I on my own.
Every time I go the workout is different, never boring! An hour is just perfect for me and I feel really invigorated afterwards. The instructors are very helpful, kind and funny (Nicky!) Time just flies by!
I like that unlike other things I have been to you working in a group but all have your own goals. You aren’t made to feel bad if you can’t do a certain move. Everyone is at different levels and the exercises are adaptable. I like that the coaches are always motivating me to try harder and that is encouraging as when working alone at my old gym it was easier to quit or stop if I’d had enough. I also love the app as it’s so easy to book classes and change if you need to.
The intensity of the workout is amazing. I burn about 800 calories in one hour. My home based workouts are roughly 500/hour.
The coaching, the variety in the workout, even the music is great.
The ability to easily track my progress on the website is very helpful.
I find orange theory provides great value for money as well, it is a group work out, but I get all the coaching I need during the workout. I find it to be similar to having a personal trainer, but priced as a group workout.
