I love that it is fast paced, challenging yet doable and is led by certified fitness coaches! The best part is it is planned for me and takes the guesswork out! Absolutely the best decision I have made for my health !
i like that i am instructed on what to do and dont have to think about it. Part of the intimidation of a gym is not knowing what to do, how to do it or feeling inadequate.
This cuts that out and the group atmosphere I enjoy.
I have been working out at OT since August and enjoy the direction, commitment and celebration that the coaches have in each class. I was needing a jump start and something to hold me accountable. So far so good:) Enjoying each class!
I love that I can see my heart rate as I progress through my workout. It’s a great gauge to know if I need to push a little harder or dial it back.

Lots! The equipment is top notch, the trainers are top notch. I like that the workout moves in blocks to make the hour go by quicker. I like that there is a lot attention to technique and form.
I enjoy having a structured workout that is focusing on various areas of the body, as well as the workouts are typically dependent on the pace I want to set for myself (green days vs orange days). I am thankful that the staff always provides alternatives and corrects my form so I am getting the most out of my exercise.
