The people in the class were so friendly and accepting and welcoming. Michael was very motivational and really kept you wanting to continue even when you wanted to give up...great trainer and super friendly and welcoming
I love Michael! He is one of my favorite coaches and genuinely cares about each and every member, which is one of the many reasons I enjoy visiting this studio.
I do have 2 recommendations - the first is to number the floor stations. It is very confusing when moving from the treadmill or the rower to the floor without knowing where to go. So if you start at treadmill 4, you'll go to rower 4 and floor station 4 as well. My second recommendation is to rearrange weight trees so there are different weights at each one. For example at all even stations there are 8-10-12-20 and at all odd stations there are 8-10-15-25.
It enjoy the variety of workouts that we do during the floor phase of the class. I am constantly learning new ways to engage my muscles and love it. I have never enjoyed running, but I do now. The instructors push you just the right amount to get you through the class all while strenghting your endurance. Great motivators over at West Windsor best place ever!!
The instructor, Shanon is always positive. She is always looking at how we are doing and encouraging us along the workout. She takes into consideration the levels that come in for the hour and demonstrates a couple of different ways to do a certain exercise. I really enjoy being a part of her class. I feel very comfortable working at my own pace in her class.
