The instructors don't just go through the motions. They are aware of what each person in the room is doing, and are quick to correct if your stance, movement isn't quite right. You are pushed to work as hard as you can.

I like everything about the OTF workout! In the time I've been coming here, the workout hasn't gotten less challenging plus there's plenty room to push oneself further. I don't have any lofty workout goals, but if I did- I'd trust the WW crew to get me there. It's definitely my long term solution to all my weight issues.
Every day the workout is different, couch by great trainers who motivate you to give it your all.The workout targets all muscle groups in your body. You run, row and weight train. You burn tons of calories and you feel great afterwards.
I started coming to OTF 2 times a week. In no time, I started coming every other day and getting stronger and stronger. The staff are very welcoming and the instructors are motivating and push you to do what you don't think you can!
