I love that I'm seeing such great results from the workouts and it's made me love to work out again! It's one of my favorite parts of my day. It's nice to know that the workout routine is already set up and all I have to worry about when I come in is to just put as much energy as I can into it!
I like that the workouts are always different. That you have good instructors that are motivating. It's like a family atmosphere there. Everyone is friendly and supportive of whatever stage of working out you are in. I like that it's a good overall workout!
Orange Theory gives you the best of all workouts, combining Cardio and Weight training. Best for me is that they are nationwide and when I travel for business, I can always find a class. West Windsor is my home location and the coaches and owner is fantastic! Feel like they really care about my experience!
In one hour I pack in a great workout - it's definitely the best one hour workout and beats other exercise programs I've done. I love signing up for a certain time so I can't get distracted and skip working out. The trainers at OTF in EW are fun, friendly and motivating!
I like that the workout is efficient and I never have to spend more than an hour per day. The heart rate display is special(looking down at fitbits and such is not the most comfortable while I'm exerting myself ), I know exactly how my body functions during the workout. The combination of exercises is dynamic enough to feel the soreness every time(I think). Sometimes the music is not bad 😀.I wish there was no rowing, or I don't know how to use it for my benefit yet ,but it isn't a deal breaker. The coaching staff are friendly and caring.
