The scheduled times for the classes fit my schedule, I like knowing I have one hour to really work hard then I’m done. I like running the most so that being half the class is good— I appreciate the guided runs with increasing and decreasing difficulty, it keeps it interesting. I enjoy rowing and free weights, and while I wouldn’t necessarily feel motivated to do those on my own, having it as a part of the workout with a set plan is great.
Coach Nate is very helpful with encouraging me to go lower with knee squats. It’s very important for me to know that I’m doing the floor exercises correctly. Coach Nate has grown into a great coach!
I like the structure of the class with instruction from the coach. I also push myself more in a class setting than I would in my home gym, especially on the treadmill! I also enjoy meeting new people and cheering each other on to compete the set or block.
