I have never been motivated to go to a gym and work out! Orangetheory fitness elevates that ackword feelin with others in class doing the same work out, the fun atmosphere, and with an instructor who will let you know if your doin something the wrong way!! The motivating trainers provided that extra umph needed. The environment is full of energy and fun addictive challenges. The workout was intense, yet still fun. I was pushed and enjoyed every minute of it! Never once did I feel like quitting, that is a win in this beginner's book!

I took the free class that OrangeTheory offers, and from the very first workout, I was hooked. The workouts are challenging but easy to modify to your own fitness level. By monitoring your heartrate, you know how hard you are working and can insure that you are getting the most out of your workout. Seven months later, I am down 20 pounds; without following a crazy diet plan. I am stronger and more fit than I have been since my 20s.

OTF pushes me to work harder and challenge myself. The instructors are motivating and knowledgeable providing modifications so that I can challenge myself increasing my endurance and strength so that I am am fitter and faster at 55 than I was at 22.

I love the energy in the room. But I really love that the class is truly about me. I'm in a large room with many people but what I'm doing and what they are doing may look the same, but it isn't. We are all there together but we are working out in our own zone. So it is actually very individualized. Amazing!
