Whole body (through weights, TRX straps, and VERY innovative exercises, along with rowing).
Cardio through bike (for me) or tread mill.
Instructor-led and perfectly paced.
Instructors are really good and care.
Its more than a friendly atmosphere. OT people ARE my friends, instructors and participants.
I've already recommended it to many people.
HIIT is my favorite way to workout. I loved the clean environment and innovative equipment (I.e. touchscreen treadmill). The loud music was fun and my style which made it easier to push harder. The trainer was awesome and so helpful!!
My friend and I went to our free class together and had such a great experience so we decided to sign up for the 8 classes / month! We even purchased the heart rate monitors. Great selling skills at the Wexford PA location!!!
I call it No-Brainer Training (perfect for me). The workouts are SIMPLE to follow (with video of each movement displayed during each round) but provide a challenging workout -- better than any I've done before. Resistance training with bodyweight and basic/traditional equipment plus INTERVAL cardio combined into one one-hour good time...with great music! The Wexford coaches are always energetic -- even when I'm not. During the class they somehow manage to keep the group us on track non-stop but they can spot and correct problems with someone's form or provide a modification to the exercise where needed. I'd go everyday if I could. :)
