I like the coaches at Wheaton the best. They push you to your own max and don't make people feel inadequate when they aren't at the same level as another client. They get to know you and make suggestions to help you push yourself without it being to much for you to handle. Some days you don't feel like you have as much energy and they don't make you feel like you're not trying. Such a great place!!
The coaches make or break the workout. The coaches who work with every person in the room (just checking in on their form or encouraging each person for just a moment) and who bring energy to the work out, who know the names of the people in the room are the coaches that I try to purposefully sign up for their classes.
