Like the directions and motivation of the instructors- makes me push myself further. Also like the heart monitor screen- helps me gauge how hard I'm pushing myself, and progress made. It keeps my mind busy too trying to follow the instructions, as it changes every day! Price is a good value too.
I like that every workout is unique and intense, something that forces me to "show up" even if I don't feel motivated to work out. For example, after watching my Northwestern Wildcats get embarrassed by Duke a few weekends ago (who the heck knew Duke could play anything other than basketball?), I enjoyed a few too many libations. These days, that means I had three measly beers and felt it the next morning. Despite my initial resistance to working out (imagining that beloved water rower staring me in the face as I drove to OT), I went and felt like Rocky in the 9th round after the workout. Well, no, I've never felt like Rocky. In all seriousness, the workouts are amazing because of the trainers. I've said this before, but from the Original Gangster "OG" Kelly to "A-Money" Andrea to "Wolverine" Will to Brian "Good God how do you get those guns" to Sam the Man to Emily, every trainer I've had a class with is awesome. The front desk staff is great, too. Everyone at OT makes it fun to come back!
