It is focused and provides a full body workout overtime. Im not looking to be a muscle man and feel the weight exercises are good to engage ghe muscles so that you feel it the next day. Staff has been friendly and welcoming. The trainers also have shown me exercise variations as I get started. It seems filled with people that are there for a great hour workout and not the typical dbags you see at other gyms. I am very happy with my 2 workout experience!!!?
It's a very challenging workout, but you're also able to go at your own pace. I love how you can check in with your body using the HR monitors. Also, the staff was so pleasant and everyone remembered my name next time I came in. I think having a fitness community is so important and the staff does a great job of doing this.
No workout is the same. I know that if I went to the gym everyday I'd fall into the same routine and at OT every single day is different. And I like that some days are special workout challenges and there's themes and such. It makes working out ALOT more fun.
It's always challenging and never feels like it's easy. Plus there are people from all walks and different strength levels so I don't feel discouraged if I'm unable to do the move or am getting lapped.
