Every workout is different so I don't have to worry about my body getting accustomed to a similar routine which slows my progress. I also love that I don't have to plan anything for each workout. Although, it is becoming difficult to reserve classes, especially the 5:15AM class. Perhaps more people could attend if we did groups of three instead of two.
I Iove the energy and motivation the trainers provide to push me to the next level. The workout itself is always challenging and I love you can do cardio and strength in an hour and you still burn calories post workout.
I love the level of engagement and enthusiasm from the trainers as they keep the energy level high and provide a personal connection. Kyle, Adam, Matt, Elise are great trainers and really care about pushing the class to overachieve each individuals' goals.
The front desk greets members by name when coming and going and it provides a really nice friendly personal touch!
