I love the variety. If I were to just go to the gym I would not be able to spice up my workouts. And I love the coaches - they give me all of the attention I need. From Deb to Ian to Sam to Becca to Stacy to Brian to everyone I feel like each of them can reach my particular needs.
I always feel supported and challenged at the same time. I'm the type of person that gets nervous before every single workout. Having the trainers there to guide me is the sole reason I have found success in the fitness world.
It's a workout for anyone. Always different. Excellent trainers with the tools to get you to your goals whether it's to lose weight, run faster, or just maintain. Orange theory made me enjoy exercising again.
I like the workout because it gives you a variety of intensity. Sometimes there are longer rows or short distance all-outs. On the treadmill you might run for a 3 minute push or 3 all-outs. You definitely get a workout every time! The coaches push you in an encouraging way because they get to know you and what you are capable of.
I like the workout because it incorporates cardio weight training and other exercises. The only thing I would like to change is the way directions are given while on the treadmill. It is very difficult to understand what incline etc the instructor is calling out . I suggest a screen that shows what the tesks are for the treadmills like the screens that show what needs to be done on the floor.
I absolutely love coming to Orangetheory it's one of the best workouts I have EVER done. I feel awesome after I leave! I been coming since February and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The only thing I would change would be the waitlist and the $12 fee if you don't commit to that day. Overall the coaches are amazing and Orangetheory is the place to go!!! Thank you!!
