I like knowing exactly how many calories you burned in class. I like the movement around the room. I like that you don't do any one thing for more than 3 minutes.

I love that it's an interval workout with cardio and strength training done in a class like setting. I love the loud upbeat music played so you don't need headphones. I love the personal trainer that encourages you and corrects your form if necessary. I love that it's a different workout every time I come in. Never gets dull or easy! I love that it's an hour and you feel amazing after the workout!
