I like the challenge and the variety. The trainers are very good. I usually have Deb and Stacey but have also had Ian, Brian, Sam and Gina. I really appreciate that the trainers will change a floor exercise for you if you have any pain or physical challenges.
I do wish they would incorporate more core exercises on the floor. I also would appreciate it if the trainers would point out what muscle group you're working if it's not obvious.
There has been a lot of turnover in the people at the front desk which is unfortunate.
I really like the instructors and the varied structure of the classes and the music. The Gym is way too hot in the morning, especially over by the Tread Mills and it's expensive...not sure if i will stay at the unlimited level.
Instructors are great. Staci does a fantastic job helping with form while on the floor working with weights. She also checks on clients while they are on the treadmill. She is engaged with everyone. Staci is also very encouraging. She wants you to be the best you can be.
The instructor was very helpful providing feedback but also letting me use my monitor to track how I was doing. The workout was tough but beneficial. The rotation has a variety and hard but in a good way.
I love the work out, I love knowing immediately how many calories I have burned, I love the individual work out that I get but I can work out next to my husband who has a completely different experience than me, I love the results!
