Having been an unlimited member for many years now and a member since 2019, I continue to be irritated every time I get a late charge for ANY error— mine or OrangeTheory-that I have to resolve even though our studio is not 100% full for the classes that I sign up for. And ironically, I received a free class for some reason in the last month or two that could’ve been used to credit against an omission I had this morning when I was not feeling well and inadvertently slept in.Other members get very irritated as well when these late charges show up, especially when there is not an oversold class, which is mostly the case and was the case. I understand the business implications, and if I wasn’t already paid for 30 days, I would not complain. there was no loss revenue on this one. The studio should not be acting like the city of Chicago giving red light tickets for pure revenue grabs.

The Coaches and the people I workout with on a dailey basis make it fun and they all motivate me. I feel great after each workout and have a sense of accomplishment. The Challenges are perfect ways to monitor my growth. Overall I think joining OrangeTheory has been perfect for what I was looking for and needed.
