I like that it's always on schedule and it's a complete workout in 1 hour. I can plan my workouts and know if I show up, it's off my list in an hour. I can procrastinate going for a run, or heading to another gym to workout, - a text here and email there and suddenly my 1 hour workout has taken 2, that's not the case here. I commit to an hour and it's over.
Well structured, wonderful coaches, every minute counts and there is no time wasted in any of the sessions I joined. I would love it if the extra yoga sessions by Deb become more frequent including the weekends.

Even though everybody sets their own pace, the workouts tend to be very intense because the trainers are so helpful. They make sure everybody knows what heart rate they should be aiming for, correct form, and provide encouragement. The heart rate monitors also provide real evidence that one is improving, as the same speeds provide fewer and fewer splat points. That quanitification provides a lot of motivation.
It was NOT boring...good energy in the room. While you are there with many people it doesn't feel like you're being watched or singled out. Positive people, and not everyone was "superfit" or meat-head types. People of all ages, sizes and abilities were there.
I love everything about the workouts!!! The trainers are there to tell you what to do, from pushing you to do your best to helping you adjust if something isn't working. The group atmosphere is awesome. I have met so many great people here.
I enjoy the direction given by the coaches. I really like having the heart rate monitor and seeing what zone I am in on the screen. It is very motivating for me to know I am working hard enough to make a difference.
