It's a great overall workout within an hour! Coaches are knowledgable, friendly and offer modifications to exercises if needed. The workouts are mixed to allow you to build strength, work on muscle tone and cardio endurance. The coaches also provide support to push forward. I really like how the workout routines are different each day to support different muscles groups, as well as to combat boredom.
One hour effective workout. The interval training is exactly what was recommended by many fitness professionals for body toning, strength training, and weight loss. I have seen many members and myself in great shape and and being fit!
That it's always different and it's a great workout.
I do have a couple of comments - I forgot my heart rate monitor one day and there's a charge of $10 to borrow one? I understand that if it happened often, but I'm an unlimited member and have been since the studio opened so I feel like there should be some kind of consideration for that. It's not like I need one every day!
My second comment is something I've mentioned in the past - when I try to book classes and it's between when my payment comes out of my account, I can't book. Now I realize I can call, but oftentimes it's when the studio is not open. So several times over the past several months I've been on a waiting list because of this.
The concept and the coaches creates a disciplined environment for me. The measured results provides intelligent information so one can work toward efficient efforts ... and sweat... and tears. There's also a good psychology in the 'group' thing. Which I've never done before.
