I'm motivated even when I'm tired and even as a beginner I am not intimidated by the coach, other members or workout. I love keeping track of my calories burned during the workout and that the challenges are different each time
It changes every day. Staff is upbeat and high energy. It keeps me focused for one hour. I wish FB would say when there are special workouts, like tornado or Latin night or whatever- I don't like partner workouts so I like to know when there is one, so I'll just go the day before or after.
Dan is amazing, pushes me to my max, while encouraging me to listen to my body. He's gentle in approach but challenging in his routine, and it's such a great work out. The front desk staff is so welcoming, and genuine. You all have a great thing over there. I look forward to reaching my fitness goals with you. And I am encouraging my friends to join me in the pursuit.
I like how the workout is laid out for you, instead of focusing on creating a program I can focus on pushing myself to get stronger. I also love the coaches they keep you motivated and don't let you slack.
It's a full body workout that is challenging, but doable! I never joined a gym before Orange Theory. My friend was such an advocate for OT, I had to try it. Orange Theory allows me to push myself harder than I thought I could. OT creates more creative workouts than I could do on my own. Through OT, I found out how strong I could be.
