I love that it's half cardio and half strength training. I also love being coached for my entire workout. And I love that my daughter and several of my friends work out at OT also, so that makes it fun too!
I most enjoy being supported and pushed by a coach. I'm working out harder than I ever could on my own at the gym. Melissa S. has been great!! She's very encouraging and motivating. Also, it's a relief to find only a supportive environment at orangetheory and never any critical judgment.
It's a great overall body workout, including both cardio and weight training, and the workout is different every time. I like the fact that you can see how long you are in the orange zone and how many calories you are burning.
