Trainers are EXCELLENT! Classes are challenging and I always leave exhausted :) It's the only workout I've been to in years that gives me a complete workout. Highly recommended.

Front desk and Meredith were great. I was very scared to do my first workout but everyone in the studio made me feel safe, strong, and capable.

It varies every day. The coaches are highly enthusiastic. The coaches pay attention to individuals and make sure we are doing things properly. I sweat more than any other workout. I like to be able to measure the workout and see my results with the fitness tracker. I like the short bursts of all outs (mostly, LOL). 30 seconds is always achievable.

The varietà makes it not boring and kinda interesting. I think there should be more attention to form as several times i see people doing excerxises wrong.
