I love everything about it. It's a great workout, the coaches are helpful, and it's data driven for results. I very much appreciate the the music in the classes I have attended have been edited for language. It means a lot to me, and it is unusual compared to other classes I have attended, so thank you.
I already did recommend it to my friend Patti Hallowell and she claims she's signing up for 10-20 classes (does OT give any sort of incentive for members to/who recommend new clients and they join? If not, you should. Like $10 off your membership for anyone you refer
i like that I just come in for 55 min and they tell me what to do. I like the heart rate monitor so I KNOW I'm doing well/working out. I like that it's a hard workout but I can work at my own pace
Hope and Christina are enthusiastic and qualified trainers! And I’m working out before heading into work and appreciate the thoughtful amenities in the shower room. All of it adds up to a great experience.
I like the coaching. They are enthusiastic and supportive.
I like the pace of the workout and I like the interval aspect of it. I can really push myself for that All Out or Push Pace when it's only for 30 to 90 seconds. The intervals are short and you're on to the next thing. The hour goes by quickly.
The variety of workouts, the circuit style makes the class move fast, the options for different workouts/levels for people of all athletic abilities, it felt welcoming for first timers & beginners instead of intimidating like some other studios
