It a challenging workout. I work up a sweat every time and I like being able to monitor myself with the heart rate monitors, while getting external motivation and feedback. The classes go by so quickly!

I like that they're different every time and that each class feels like a personal training session. I've also always enjoyed the instructors. I do not like the prices, and I do not like that every time I rent a heart rate monitor that it doesn't work. I feel I'm losing a significant part of my workout by not having the proof in numbers and I lose time from my workout working with the front desk staff to try to get it working, which it never does.

Coaches are amazing and the workouts are always challenging. This has been the only workout that has been consistent with my NCAA Soccer workouts within College. Keep doing what you're doing!

Great enthusiasm and push from the coaches. You can make the workout as hard as you want, if you're willing to push yourself. Coaches find ways to make the workout work for everyone, and make alterations for people with injuries or things that limit their ability to do the designed workout. Very adaptive

I like that it is intense, that i can modify it to be at my level without compromising the integrity of the workout. I like that I don't have to think about what I am doing. I love the atmosphere and how supportive the coaches are.

I have actually promoted OTF to a lot of my family and friends. The workouts are tough but can adjust to me, I am never bored, and I know that my fitness level is improving. I can feel it and see it, not just in how my body looks or feels but in how quickly I recover from an all out or how much longer I can stay in the more challenging zones.

Very high energy, instructor kept me very motivated throughout, good diversity of exercises included in the floor workout, time flew by, clean and modern machinery, overall very positive experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a great workout to check it out!

It has a great variety and is easy to follow along. The coaches are encouraging, so I never feel inadequate in my abilities; they also keep me going even if just a little longer or stronger. Simple goal "stay in green or orange when working out, rest, repeat." Everyone on staff is super friendly and I always feel welcomed.
