I love how you can get a great workout in and also use your time effectively. As a nursing student, I don't have much time for anything, so it's nice to have a place where I can efficiently relieve stress and be healthy.
The instructors are great and I love that they give modifications for lighter impact or injury. They actually care if people are doing things correctly (and lessening the likeliness of getting hurt!). Best workout out there!
Love the energy of the majority of the coaches. Was sad to see Charlie and Jerry move on but happy for them. I’ve given this feedback already but the new coach, David, really needs to add more energy to his time with the class. My wife and I both try to avoid his classes because we don’t find him nearly as engaging and motivating as the others. I know he is new so hopefully he is just getting into his groove.

I liked that I was pushed in a positive way and almost an individualized way. My class consisted of mainly treadmill. Having the various runner/jogger/walker paces helped with recognizing how much I needed to push myself. I stayed motivated following my heart rate on the screen trying to hit my orange zone too.
