I like that the heart rate is monitored. I would like to see or hear more about form when weight lifting or doing the floor work. In the smaller classes it would not be impossible for the coach to provide some individual corrections related to posture and form.
Classes are always fun and challenging! Coaches are motivating and it’s great that they remember your name and seem very invested in your experience every class!
I’ve never been a gym person before but now I don’t stop talking about Orange Theory (I’m that person). Going 3-5x a week has helped me as much mentally as it has physically.
Would recommend this gym and its trainers to absolutely anyone
THIS is everything I want in a workout. A balance of intensity and variety within a group class setting, but without that "team" aspect that can sometimes be corny or negatively competitive. Orange Theory allowed me to be comfortable in my choices during class but still had great encouragement and push from the coach, and a banging music set! I cannot wait for my next class and to learn more about my heart rate's play in my health and workout journey!
I have been going for a while and always enjoy the classes. I would recommend having more day options - especially going into the winter. A lot of people work from home and I would prefer to work out with the sun up.
