I love that I can come to class and not have to plan out my own workout. Conventional gym fitness is so boring and monotonous... I love the cardio and strength training combination, and the intensity and duration of the circuits. I leave the class drenched and feeling revitalized...I would NEVER push myself that hard at a standard gym!!!

I love that each workout is different - it never gets boring. The coaches always motivate me to work hard and push myself, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the large number of classes offered, I am always able to book sessions that work with my schedule. So happy to be a member at OTF!

I like that it is a total body workout in one hour. I feel like it is always tough (in a good way) and it is always different. I prefer the switch classes or 3 groups classes though because I feel like I get a better workout when it moves around rather than half and half treads and weight room.

The coach tells you what to do rather than have to think about what you should do next, which is the case of a typical gym; booking classes so that you are committed and you can plan your day; the workout itself is challenging but geared to any individual based on your ability. The staff and coaches are friendly.

I like that you have a trainer guiding you and although you need to push yourself, you can also choose your pace. The trainer keeps you on track.

It's over in an hour. "That's what we came here for" I work, I work harder, I feel more comfortable in my clothes. No gabbing silliness socializing while working to create distraction. That lesson is quickly learned!! - but we can all be silly as can be😀🙃 Go us! Wish I could get there faster!💪💪
