I enjoy the 'daily-unknown' of the quick and efficient 60 minutes. The instructors I have had are all very motivational and never leave me feeling pressured but do have me striving to be the best I can be on that particular day. Obviously, some days are better than others and it's those less than perfect days that I still leave accomplished that make it worth my while.
I love the variety. The fact that you never know what to expect when you walk through that door! I love the enthusiasm, from members & staff alike. I love that each participant can tailor the workout to their needs, and that the workouts are beneficial for all, regardless of your physical strength/ability. I love that when I am having an "off" day, and I think I will go in to the class and take it easy, I always (always!) end up having one of my best workouts. The people, the music, the trainer all reframe my mental state and I end up leaving with a smile on my face!
Orange Fitness has taught me how to push myself in a way I never would've thought possible in order to get the most out of my workout.
The fitness classes are intense but fantastic and I can already see how my body is changing because of it.
I feel committed and motivated to stick to my weekly classes and hopefully be able to fit in another class/week to get in even better shape for the summer!
