I love that each time you go it is a different workout. I also love that there is no pressure. If you need to adjust or do something else the coaches are there to give you the advice you need. The community is very supportive and motivates you to work hard.
It works. I’ve attended 3-4 times weekly since August and I’ve gained muscle and lost fast. Clothing fits well. Orange Theory has mastered a balance of routine without redundancy. I get bored easily working out and OTF keeps it fresh. I show up, I put in the work and I get results. Convenient location, great staff and coaches, easy parking.
I love the variety of the workouts, the personal attention of the coaches and the great culture! The accountability of having to sign up for each class and being charged if you don't attend is a great motivator, especially when you're tired. I never regret going when I'm leaving after a great workout.
I love that the workouts are different every time I go. They challenge my entire body without me having to think about it and they fly by in the blink of an eye. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, motivating and genuine in their approach. Overall, the staff are incredibly welcoming and accepting of everyone who walks through the door. The sense of community is wonderful! I haven’t experienced such a supportive environment in a facility like is in a very long time. It’s a welcome change!
I would never work this hard on my own!
I actually enjoy it. Which is shocking. And it’s easy to follow for someone who is not the most coordinated person. Not complicated.
Coaches are motivating without being annoyingly over-positive.
I have only been to 1 class so far, but I have never felt more welcomed in any gym in my life. Everyone was so great, and my fellow classmates were all so "normal". It's not a boujie kind of gym. It's a hard workout, no doubt, but it's true that you can go at your own pace, and everyone was into their own thing. There was nothing self conscious about it. I cannot recommend it enough.
