The two best parts about Orange Theory are that I don’t have to put any mental effort into having to think about what I’m going to do for my workout and that I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in.
I love working out at Orange Theory. I did not know what to expect, however feel like I now have a personal trainer. I am pushed so much farther then when I work out at home alone. It has been amazing.
I love that all I have to do is just get there. I don't have to make a plan for what cardio or weights I'm going to do or how I'm going to change things up. There's always new and different classes. The coaches are great and friendly.
I love the high intensity style and the music to go along with it! I have grown stronger and more confident thru Orange Theory and their workout regiment.
The structure of OT classes are an interesting and valuable hour I now prioritize in my busy schedule. Hitting cardio and strength is the variety I want in my routines, seeing calories burn and my heart rate move on the monitors keeps things interesting, and guidance from coaches feels invaluable.
Being able to show up and have everything all planned out for me but having the ability to adjust the workout to fit my body & goals, with immediate visual feedback via the monitor is huge. I also feel significantly less intimidated and more welcome here than any other class-based gym I've ever tried. I don't feel like I'm doing anything wrong or not keeping up by adjusting the workout or taking breaks when my body (or my Zone reading) is telling me to.
I'm hooked.
All I have to do is literally enter the front door and I know I’m burning 500+ calories in an hour. I don’t have to think at all just do what instructor says and boom, I’m wrecked and feel like a million bucks walking out of there having completed a better workout than I have had since I was on the lacrosse team in highschool.
