I’ve never had issues with any of your service techs they are always very courteous and professional when interacting with either the staff or myself. When we had issues with pests we always worked on a game plan together and our service tech from Orkin always asked for our input and always had answers for any question we may have.
The customer service is always lovely, and our technician always addresses our concerns as soon as possible. It is always appreciated, wonderful service.
The current agent has taken over from a "broken" chain of agents who apparently lost sight of the fact that we had 2 laneways to service. The new agent, Mark Adamson, has sat down and discussed our situation and is in the process of making recommendations with regard to pest control on our strata site. He is going to set new bait boxes and possibly set additional traps. We are very happy to have Mark as our representative now providing the service we had expected over the years.
