Shan is very courteous, and very knowledgeable. She comes once a month we've had probably one million roaches, when we first saw this house for sale, the previous owner contract Orkin to fulmigate the place, they've eliminated a good part of it. Now we don't see them around anymore, that's because Shan is carefull to keep them away. We're very satisfy.
