I did not have an appt. and I was told to fill out the paperwork and that way if the person scheduled did not show, I could be seen instead. I said great and sat there. Well, he showed up. So he went in , she apologized and said but if u r willing to wait u will b seen. I said yes. I need the MRI and am in pain and need answers. She was very pleasant and sweet .
