Ease of making reservation. Friendliness of drivers. The short wait times for pick up whether at the lot or the airport. We were brought to our car late at night. The driver waited to make sure our car would start and helped us put our luggage in the trunk. We appreciated his kindness so much.

Just about everything! I love the friendliness (even at 5 am), and I like that the wait isn't too long once I get off the plane before I'm picked up. I like that you have an ice-cold glass of water waiting for me on my drive home. Your drivers are great! ALWAYS Friendly and helpful. All of these reasons and more are why I continue to patronize The Parking Spot. I park nowhere else. The Orlando Parking Spot has its act together, and I appreciate that. You make at least one leg of my trip easy for me. Thanks for always doing a good job.

Convenience. However, upon my return on 26 November at approximately 3:30, I had an erratic driver. He seemed to have a tic and he braked extremely hard. Furthermore, when I gave him my parking spot ticket, he crumpled it up and threw it away. He then proceeded to pass my car and have to go back around. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with any of the drivers.
