Everybody is so personable and helpful. After I checked in I found that I had to leave to retrieve some items I forgot at home and the woman working the "graveyard shift" helped me navigate the in and out. Your drivers are always so courteous and knowledgeable

Great door to door service. Never worried about my vehicle. Price was very reasonable for an 8 day stay. Would recommend the parking spot to all. Most importantly the bus pick up was quick both at the airport and the parking spot.

I can’t say enough good things about The Parking Spot in Orlando. After a long red eye flight, I returned to find myself in a stressful situation. I had accidentally given my car key to a rental company in San Diego and arrived back in Orlando without access to my vehicle. It was cold, raining, and overwhelming. Maggie was absolutely incredible. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help went far beyond anything I could have expected. She let me sit inside with her in a little dispatch office and even made me some coffee, so I didn't have to wait in the cold and rain by my car for AAA. When AAA sent the wrong technician, she didn’t hesitate and helped me come up with a new plan to get me home safely so I could look for my spare key. Her compassion and calm support made all the difference. The manager, Tony, was equally outstanding. He stepped in to help troubleshoot, both assisted with getting a new battery for my key, they personally drove me to my car and stayed until we figured out how to get it started so I could safely leave. I have never experienced this level of care at a parking facility. This was true, genuine customer service. Joshlyn and Julius were also very kind and helpful, and I appreciate them as well. I would absolutely recommend The Parking Spot to anyone parking near the airport!

Every employee is always upbeat and professional and personable. The van shows up right behind me when I park. The van is usually there at the terminal when I walk out. Sometimes it does take 5-10 mins but that’s rare. The app actually works to book and to “find my shuttle”. The price is reasonable and fair. It’s my go to service and I have recommended them to others across the country. I do wish they would go back to FLL and wouldn’t it be great if they would somehow go to HPN
