Quick response. Arrived at lot, was directed to parking area and a shuttle pulled right up to take us to terminal. Same experience when we arrived back to Orlando. We gathered our suitcases and then opened their app. It showed us where to go to meet the shuttle. It was waiting for us and took us to our car in about 15 minutes. Great service, friendly drivers. Highly recommended.

In the morning and early day, the shuttles are plentiful and run on a nice schedule. The greeter at the gate is nice! The process to check out has been nice and quick. However....the afternoon and especially late night shuttles don't run as often and wait time is much longer than promised. Then you go to track the shuttle, it glitches where the buses are suppose to be. And for a week now the app wil not let me modify or cancel my reservations and now it won't let me log back in!
