I go to the app on my phone or IPad, make my reservation, then pay. Then I receive the QR code and put it in my Wallett on my phone. When I drive up on departure day, I scan the QR at the machine, the gate goes up, the attendant tells me which row I should park in and I go there. In a few minutes the shuttle is there to pick us up.
On the return trip, I tried calling the number on the card with my parking spot number on it. The number is disconnected. Time for new cards that just say, “ Go the app on your phone and see where the shuttle is.”
It all works the way it is supposed to work.
There was no waiting for the shuttle! We were able to board the bus and the driver helped us with our luggage. He was super friendly and efficient. We arrived at our car and the driver again helped us with our luggage. Excellent service and the driver seemed to like his job!
