Usually the pick ups are quick. This week it was not. Over 25 min...app is useless on saying "the pick-up is on the way" - that has never worked in decades and before parking spot was born. So let improve that. If a spot is actually on the way out in a count down timer to show it's actually happening.

I had used a similar service for several years but after sitting there waiting for them to show up and seeing parking spot van after van after van go by I realize that it was time to make a change. I could not be happier. Most of the time when I walk out to the pickup area there is already a van waiting there is no need for a phone call to alert them. An amazing service doing it an incredible job. Could not be happier!

I liked how helpful the drivers were and also that they hand out the # of the spot you are parked in. Helps when you park the car at 4:45 A.M. and don't return until 5 days later at 7PM. Thank you.

I left negative feedback last time I used Parking Spot, but my most recent trip was much better. I was able to park easily, the shuttle was quick in both the drop off and pick up, and checking out went smoothly via the self checkout. This is the experience I am used to. Thank you!
