Had one issue upon return. Airport had a ground stop due to weather. NOT your fault. When waiting for shuttle bus a lot of folks coming out of baggage claim and push their way into becoming first in line when bus shows up. By luck I finally got on the third bus that arrived. One of your competitors had a great system. If you didn't get on the bus. You received a plastic voucher. So when next bus showed up those with the voucher were first to board. This system kept tempers down and relieved the bus driver of the stress of trying to pick who was in line first. If you would like me to explain better. Feel free to call or email. Quick, courteous service to and from the airport. We have not experienced any issues when using the Parking Spot and we feel safe leaving our car there when we go away on trips.

In a world where so often you are disappointed with customer service the Parking Spot has never let me down. I make a reservation and it is kept, the shuttle drivers are always polite and helpful. When arriving back home I have never waited more than 10 minutes for pick up and this is not a one off I have used the Parking spot nearly 20 times and the service is always outstanding.

We live an hour from MCO. Buses to/from the terminal are frequent so we don't have to factor in any waiting time at the lot or the terminal.

I have used the parking spot and a couple of places like Philadelphia, New Jersey. I have always been pleased with the service provided. The drivers are very courteous and always on time for pickups. The locations are usually very close to the airport.
