Always use you and price has been good. Timing on pick up and drop off has been great. Drivers always helpful. ( only one thing is little fast driving ) But all good. Busses are clean and easy in and out, drivers are there to give a little help.

The driver that picked me up to go to the airport did not tell me where to get picked up on my return as well as not tell me it was on the paper he gave me with the parking spot. So I spent 25 minutes trying to find out when I returned. I called the office 5 times and no one answered. I was told you were short staffed that day by the driver that eventually picked me up.

I love the frequency of shuttles and how quickly we can get back to our car and head home after a long day of travel! Other services may be cheaper, but you sacrifice too much in my opinion. I'm happy to pay for great customer service, coveted parking, and piece of mind!

I was skeptical about this service but have some friends that have used this in Orlando. We tried and was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. I would recommend this for any traveler leaving out of Orlando airport.
