There was a shuttle ready for us when leaving for our trip and when we got back, a shuttle came within 5-8 minutes to take us to our car. I didn’t have to call anyone. The tracker is great to see where the shuttles are. All the team members were super nice. It really seemed like they enjoyed their jobs.

Easy way to get to and from MCO. No worries about driving to the departure lane. Easy pick up on return and then dropped off at your car. Better price than MCO parking. Also can reserve your spot which is what drove us to investigate off site parking originally.
