Enjoy the more punctual shuttles for pick-ups and drop-offs. Also enjoy the water at the exit. Prefer promotional parking rates as the cost to park - fully burdened with taxes - is on the cusp of me taking an Uber rather than driving and paying for this service.

The young man who picked us up at the airport was very nice, friendly & helpful. What we didn't like was the inability to get anyone to answer the phone for us to be picked up. Took several tries. Could not find anything on my app to send a message for pick up.

This was an awesome experience, the Parking Spot was everything they said they would be, the shuttle was there within 10 minutes of us arriving and parking the car, then on our way home there was a shuttle waiting at the designated location, which means we didn't to have to wait at all. I would say tho, that the shuttle from the lot to the airport was filled to the rim, which sucked for other people who had to ride standing up. So if anything is taken back to The Parking Spot, is to maybe not fill it to the rim to allow all passengers a spot on a seat.

Quick and painless. Everybody was great pick us up at our vehicle and drop this back off of the vehicle. Easier than parking in the lot.
