I have been a customer for eight years and have never had any need to for service because they do it automatically, maintenance and delivery. I smelled gas around 9 am while hanging laundry outside and called because I thought it was leaking. Not even 20 minutes later the service man was backing in. Very clean presentable uniform, well kept older man with manners tested my system and assured me there were no leaks, but I was very low from cooking more. At 7 am the next morning I received a delivery of propane to ensure I wouldn’t run out. I wasn’t scheduled for another week!!! Now that’s customer service, folks!!!!!

Professionalism. When I call in and when I see the delivery technician, everyone is always helpful. I would like to see the price of the propane get dropped a bit though. Do you offer any long term residential customers with great payment history any type of break in the price? Is there a monthly payment plan option, or by in bulk plan when the price drops? Thank you.
