Scheduling a fill was simple, efficient and pleasant via a phone conversation (I am a new home owner).
When the delivery driver (Barry I think) arrive I mentioned I have two tanks, the second used occasionally and in a different location on the property. He said he would fill that also and called the order in to the Stirling (I think) office, filled both tanks and left with a smile on his face and wave of his hand in response to my shout out of ‘Thank You’.
I then phoned the office to ensure I was on Automated Payment and since I was not the very efficient person (Debra I think) took my credit card data with a smile in her voice and processed the transaction for both fills and subsequent deliveries.
All in all a very efficient way to ensure my propane needs are met.
The service is excellent since there is a propane transmitter on the tank that enables the office to schedule delivery when needed with no fears of running out of propane. My old company didn't have that feature. The pricing is great too! I took advantage of the new customer deal & am paying 1/2 the cost per gallon compared to my old company.
nice to be able to talk to a real person when I have a question about service or delivery.
and even better that the person knows exactly what's going on at that moment.
