Product (liquid propane) is measured by electronic meter at the 500lb. tank on my property and monitored by Osterman at their local service facility. The tank is automatically refilled by delivery truck when propane reaches a preset percentage volume without my having to monitor my consumption or notify Osterman.
The Osterman service personnel are careful and respectful of the landscaping surrounding the tank, and except for the invoice they leave, there is little evidence of their visit.

We have been very pleased with the services provided by Osterman Propane. Deliveries are made regularly and coordinated around environmental concerns such as ice on our long driveway and pending snow accumulation, while the delivery staff has been courteous and respectful of our property and grounds.
