Got 2 trek 24 inch bikes for son and daughter . Payton was awesome!! He went over everything and made my purchase feel comfortable. He also loaded them on my vehicle. I definitely had an awesome experience and transaction. Definitely recommend anyone who needs a reliable bicycle.

Payton! The best bicycle mechanic I have had in the last 40 years. It’s very hard in today’s day and age to find someone who is such an expert, and just loves his job. Most of all someone who I trust fully to be honest.

As usual, Peyton @ Oswego Cyclery did a GREAT job on my bike. I love that I can trust Art, the owner, Peyton, the head maintenance guy, and all of the team. They are ever available to help when you need them, plus, their service is personalized; in other words, they will ask you how you use your bike and provide service based on that. Given I cycle 2000+ miles a year, they know what I need to keep riding. I highly recommend this store for their both excellent and personalized service!!
