It was like no experience I've ever had. I needed parts for several bikes and had been trying to fashion a tube from a shower cap and a dog toy while under quarantine. Having no luck I called OA, they answered and explained how i could buy medically sterilized parts and the procedures to procure them. Intrigued, placed my order over the phone and paid by credit card.
Soon after, I ventured out not knowing what i would encounter in the midst of the pandemic. After putting on a form-fitting latex body suit and cowboy hat. I followed the meeting instructions to the letter. I parked in the predetermined location and tried to appear like any other latex-wearing cowboy. With a knowing nod from the store a hero emerged. Immediately any awkwardness and anxiety i had was removed, A tall confident man approached my vehicle, he wore blue nitrite gloves, a surgical mask and sensible shoes. He stopped dramatically, exactly six feet away, and waited silently. I uttered the secret pass phrase I'd been assigned "I'd like huevos ranchereos served in a waffle cone?" after a short silence he responded. " nomitus nom nom, nom, nom, nom". and i was relieved to hear the second half of the code. My bag of merchandise was delivered, and I felt an indescribable joy wash over me. My simple thanks cannot express how, for a moment, Technicolor appeared im my black-and-white existence.
They are navigating these difficult times maintaining their renowned knowledgeable, helpful and courteous attitudes from a safe distance.
While we do miss seeing their friendly mugs, I am glad they are protecting themselves and ensuring the public’s safety by wearing masks and gloves.
Their service is quick and reliable. They advise of what you need and don't try to sell you what you don't need. They take care of me, sometimes I think that I need something I don't and they advise me. I recommend outdoor
