Always super friendly staff. On this last visit, Rob went out of his way to help me get my bike back quickly and took the time to reach out to let me know I could pick it up ahead of schedule. That personal touch makes me feel valued as a customer and like the staff isn't just there to clock in and get a paycheck, but they care about their customer's love for riding and being outdoors. I could have easily been pushed off till Monday, but he made sure I got out on Saturday. He was gone when I got there so I didn't get to personally thank him, so....Big thanks, Rob!

My Electra Townie7D was making a strange sound; it’s my only source of exercise due to ruined knees, and for it to be out of commission is a terrible thing for this old gal. My son-in-law called the shop and was given a quote for a diagnostic and possible needed repairs. He took it in, and much to our joy and surprise, my bike’s repair (back wheel bearings) cost considerably less and was repaired quicker than we could have imagined. My bike was back to riding like a breeze, and I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you for your prompt and competent work!!
