The staff member was very helpful in our selection of a riding helmet. His knowledge made us feel secure in the purchase we made allowing us to make the decision based on the available choices. The same was true of showing us the different options available for helmet lights. Since he is an avid bike rider we heard his personal opinions on products he uses. This was helpful in making our choice. Additionally, my wife had a bad experience the first day she went riding with her new helmet and took a nasty spill. Her Trek helmet had a 1 year return in case the helmet was struck in an accident. I returned it the next day with absolutely no problems. I was offered two options of in stock helmets in different colors then the one she bought. If not , they would order one in the original color instead. His main concern ws getting us a helmet to replace the damaged one as soon as possible. The person I dealt with expressed a sincere concern on how my wife was doing. It was refreshing to be treated as a valued customer.

Well, I dont know anyone else in town that works on stroller tires. Also you guys are always so nice. It really goes a long way in forging trust and I just really appreciate it. I feel a bit weird bringing my stroller into a bike shop and asking for help but the times I have yall have made me feel welcome

The staff are very knowledgeable about bikes and bike maintenance. I took my bike in for some maintenance. They explained to me what maintenance my bike needed. I'm very happy with them and the work they performed. I'm a return customer snd recommend this store.
