They were very thorough in evaluating the bike so we knew in advance what it would cost. Everything was explained to us so we knew what they would be doing. The price was very reasonable and the bike was repaired quickly. They are a very professional company. We recommend them without hesitation.

Outdoor Adventures gets a 10 for being an outstanding bicycle shop. Here is why, customer service was outstanding, thanks to Ben. I had serviced three bikes, one Road bicycle and two mountain bikes. All products were on hand with great quality. More to come after picking them and riding them. I have confidence these guys know what they are doing. I recommend this shop to those who are in need of service or a new bicycle.
