Had a road bike fitting with Stephen and was nothing short of a memorable experience. He gave us such time & attention and we learned so much about the bike, measurements, maintenance, posture, gearing and servicing. We had a lovely chat and laugh. Good service, item I ordered was not in stock but I got a call from Robbie to explain, offered to refund me the money or wait until it came in to them from suppliers, took a while but good correspondence made a big difference, happy out! Love the bars!!!!
