I ordered a Scoot XL this week, and I was very happy with the service. I found the bike on the web site, then rang to clarify delivery and collection options, and spoke to Paul, who could not have been more helpful. I completed the order online and when I collected it on Saturday, it was assembled and good to go. Excellent service all around.

What would I have to say! I bought an item, days later they send me an email saying that it is not in stock but they will make an exclusive order to be able to send it to me and it takes me 1 month to get news! And just because I sent an email asking for a refund I get training that it's on the way..
