First and foremost, the team is competent, honest, and pleasant. Though my bike is not in the same league as much of what they sell, they have never made me feel as some kind of lesser customer. I took my bike in for a bent brake rotor, and they called to inform me of my need for brake pads as well, which I appreciated. I also feel that the pricing is fair. I would not take my bike anywhere else.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and clear when explaining the bike features and answering my questions. He went out of his way to find a kickstand for the bike and helped me to secure my bike on my roof carrier. I will be returning for future purchases.

From the first phone call through picking my bike back up, everyone was extremely niche. They went above and beyond when I put a little glitch in their schedule they were really great about it! It felt like they were actually enjoy their work. 100% great vibe. This was my first visit to Outspoken and it won't be my last!

Super friendly folks at Outspokin Bicycles. I actually was thinking about donating the bike or just throwing it in the trash. They convinced me that they could bring it back to life at a very reasonable price so I let them. I’m sure glad I did. They did a super job and the bike looks and rides great now! I plan to get many more years of use out of this bike thanks to Outspokin!
