I had a great experience at the bicycle shop. I needed some new parts for my two pedal assist bicycles. I was assisted by Connor who did a great job explaining the parts and costs. When I pulled up to the shop with my bicycles, Connor came out and assisted me with getting the bicycles out of my truck. I would highly recommend Outspokin' Bicycles!

Well made quality bikes, and knowledgable staff who were available to answer questions. They took the time to fit us with the right bike and were able to make modifications on site to improve ride-ability. They will service the bike to ensure long term use. Also were able to get helmet, lights, bottle holder and other accessories on site. Would recommend.

I was very pleased at the attentive service and their assistance in making sure I had the accessories I needed/wanted without wasting money on things I didn't need. They made sure my bike was perfectly adjusted to me and taught me how to use the bike trailer I purchased (after helping me select one that was very easy for me to manage). Well worth the drive downtown from Evans!
