After visiting a big box store with my son and receiving no attention looking for a bike for his birthday it was a breath of fresh air walking into your store and being greeted by Evans. He asked a number of questions to understand what we were looking for and what might be a good fit. He then say my son on a bike, adjusted it for his size, explained all the features to him and let him take a test ride in the back parking lot. Evans was able to answer most every technical question I had and the couple he didn't know he was sure to look up and ask co workers to make sure I got the correct answer. I would recommend this shop to anyone who told me they were shopping for a bike and wanted top notch customer service.
