Walked in and the manager, "I think James," grabbed my bike, put it up on the stand, and showed me how to fix it if needed, since I live out of town. He was also invaluable with my halfbike!! I’ve been working with Brian for all my bike fit needs for the past couple of years, and he’s been awesome every time! I recently purchased a new gravel bike from Outspokin, and Brian made sure they had sizing options ready to go before my appointment.
He went above and beyond—meeting me on a Sunday to not only size me for the gravel bike but also fit my MTB. He offered some great suggestions to make my rides more comfortable, which I really appreciated.
As soon as my new bike arrived, he reached out right away and had it ready the next day for a final fit. Now I’m all set for some new adventures!

Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I went in to get a new shifter cable. Ended up getting a new shifter installed for a little more than what the cable would be. When I picked up my bike, I noticed my tires had been filled (they were low when I dropped them off). Despite being new to biking, the environment was welcoming. Overall, great experience.
