You were just so friendly! Repaired my tire and checked out and put right amount of air in my other tire. I really like how you didn't make me feel bad about having a 13 year old X Caliber. I love that bike, and you even shared some stories about some others who feel the same way. You really respect how much I love that Trek. Very quick repair as well. In two days my bike was ready! I dropped my wife's bike off for service. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was not "oversold" on what I needed. The service was performed quickly and communication, as to the bike's completion, was received as promised. I was happy with the results and the price for the work done.
