Lots of activities, including swimming.
Please work on not letting people just sit at the machines texting or on their phones. Those of us who come to work out just want to do exactly that.
I love Sharla's Pilates classes. Rarely miss them. Want to try water aerobics, but I need water to be warm. I'm a pansy when it comes to that. Also want to learn pickleball. Oh forgot, Sat power yoga is great & also the gentle yoga classes.
I wish you taught Aqua Zumba. It would be nice if there were more water aerobics classes too and the schedule was consistent--like at 8am every day and another at 9am every day. They are usually pretty crowded, so you need more.
