I like that you don’t use soap. I like that Caleb, the technician, was very polite and helpful. My carpets not only look clean, they feel very clean, too. I also like there is no pressure for additional areas to be cleaned. The price was adjusted on-site when I couldn’t get the walk in closet cleaned out. Pricing is quite competitive and reasonable.
