James did a great job. Your product is the only one that truly takes out our Pomeranian's and grandkids accidents. And the house and carpet are left with a fresh smell. Thank you.

The carpet came out very clean compared to other carpet cleaner companies used. Do tell them if you have extra dirty areas so additional cleaner will be used.

This is the second time we have used this service and have been pleased in both instances. Mr. Morgan was courteous and insightful with his services. He also gave some solid advice and recommendations to ensure we keep our carpets in the best condition that we possibly can. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.
