1st - I was greeted by a young lady as I drove into the lot. She directed me where to go, asked me a couple questions and said - it'll take about 15 minutes. 2nd - she directed me inside and I watched as a whole team of individuals went to work getting my car taken care of. 15 minutes later, I was paying. 3rd - they made some recommendations, but weren't pushy at all A great experience! A great team!
