Having practiced at various studios throughout the city, the classes at Pai offer meditative/contemplative themed classes while seasoned with alignment based movement; something not present at all studios or part of most teachers repitoire.
Instructors are awesome! Kara truly introduced me to what yoga really is as a practice. Holly makes it real for me by making it less intimidating. I love the way Shelley kicks my butt in HIIT.
Overall, I came to PAI as a means to change up my fitness routine and I have stayed because it has met my objective.
I like all the options options in classes. I do wish that you had more HOT Yoga Classes. You use to have a HOT Yoga Class on Tuesday, but now you don't offer one. I think you should offer at least one HOT Yoga class everyday.
I mainly come to your spin classes and yoga classes. I have been meaning to try the barre, but haven't been able to. Suzanne's spin class on Sunday's is one of my favorites -- she is a fantastic instructor. Bethany is also my other favorite spin instructor. I only wish the Sunday spin classes were at a different time (7am or 11am would work). I try to make Chan and Sara Goff's yoga classes whenever possible.
